Location: Swinton, Manchester
Provision: Children’s Home
Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with SEBD
Salary & Working Hours
- £13.50 per hour
- Contract Options: 36 or 48 hours per week
- Sleep-ins: 6 to 8 sleeps per month, paid at £52 per sleep
- Potential Earnings: Up to £38,688 per year

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare, Social/Children’s Care, or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in SEBD, challenging behaviour, or complex needs (not elderly care).
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential).
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum Age: 22 (due to children’s workforce regulations).
