A leading care organization in Ashbourne seeks a passionate Residential Support Worker to support young people in a trauma-informed environment. This full-time role offers competitive pay, including sleep-in shifts, and opportunities for professional development.
Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
Working Hour: Full-time, flexible shift patterns
Hourly Rate: Dependent on salary and contracted hours
Number of Sleeps Required: Average 11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £70.47 per night
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs –LD
Qualifications Required: Relevant Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
