Job description

Job Title: Bank / Temp to Perm Residential Support Worker – Children’s Homes
Location: Leeds, LS7, LS8
Working Hours: Various, but typically 24-hour shifts including sleeping over at the home
Hourly Rate: From £14.00
Number of Sleeps Required: As per rota requirements
Pay Per Sleep: £60
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (Aged 6–17) with EBD or LD
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 6 months working with children with disabilities and/or challenging behaviour
Employment Type: Bank / Temp to Perm
Driver: Driver with Care Required
The Home:
  • Number of Beds: Varies by home
  • Location: Across Central and North Leeds
  • Type of YPs: Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) or Learning Disabilities (LD) – may include trauma, neglect, and complex behaviours.
