Based in Clent

Residential Support Worker – Child (3 Long Days)

40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

  • 3 x Long Day Shifts 7am - 9pm (inclusive of 2 x 20 min breaks)
  • Flexible working to include:
    • Minimum of 2 weekends off a month
    • 4 days off across the week = Work life balance
    • Competitive annual leave allowance

Salary Range (FTE): £25,386 - £26,217 per annum, subject to qualifications

Once qualified in L3 Health and Social Care, there is potential to earn up to £27,292 after further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service.

Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night

(Approximately £3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week)
