Our Children's Residential Home, Lawsons House, are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join their team. 2 - bedded home provides 1:1 support for young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioral needs. We provide a structured, nurturing environment where our young people feel safe, supported and understood. Our dedicated team works closely with our young people, to build trusting relationships, helping them develop emotional resilience, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive!

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license is essential.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be at the centre of the fun! Taking young people to see their friends, trips to the cinema, partaking in community events such as fundraisers and galas, teaching the young people to cook, encouraging them to be independent and many other brand new opportunities that they may never have had the chance to do previously. This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
