Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of Residential Support Workers, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Operational Support: Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Care Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child or young person are met.
• Training & Development: Support the continuous professional development of team members through supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in audits, inspections, and reviews to maintain high standards of care and support.
• Experience in a residential childcare setting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to the welfare and development of children and young people.
• UK Driving Licence Essential
