Job summary

Creative Support in Oakley, Bedford is hiring Support Workers to join our established team in a quiet village. The role supports individuals with learning disabilities to enjoy an excellent quality of life, with activities at the service and in the community.

You will help with daily activities, outings, and creative sessions, and benefit from full training toward QCF Diploma. A UK driving licence is essential for this role, which is offered on a full-time basis with a salary of £12.85 per hour.

Full-Time

We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our established team in the quiet and scenic village of Oakley. Our residential service supports individuals with learning disabilities and other needs to enjoy an excellent quality of life.

Our service houses a range of active and sociable individuals, who enjoy spending quality time with our staff at the service, and being out in the community. Examples of activities include shopping, listening to music, pampering sessions, cooking & baking, movie nights, arts and crafts, visiting local cafes, and going out for meals. Our service users also love spending time in nature; the service has a large garden with lots of visiting wildlife, and there are plenty of countryside walks nearby.

Our service is located close to the A6, and has free onsite parking, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Experience Is Desirable, But Not Required For This Role.
