About the Service

Ty Laura is a vibrant, nurturing respite service supporting children and young people with additional learning and health needs.

We provide overnight stays for up to four young people, offering families meaningful respite while creating positive experiences that benefit the whole community.

Ty Laura is a “bustling hive of activity” where every day is different and every achievement matters, from shared celebrations to milestones like a young person proudly tying their shoelaces for the first time.

With five uniquely designed bedrooms and a warm, home‑from‑home environment, Ty Laura helps young people feel safe, settled, and supported to grow in confidence.

Ynglŷn â'r Gwasanaeth

Mae Tŷ Laura yn wasanaeth seibiant bywiog a meithringar sy’n cefnogi plant a phobl ifanc ag anghenion dysgu ac iechyd ychwanegol.

Rydym yn darparu llety dros nos i hyd at bedwar o bobl ifanc, gan gynnig seibiant ystyrlon i deuluoedd wrth greu profiadau cadarnhaol sy’n fuddiol i'r gymuned gyfan.

Mae Tŷ Laura yn “fwrlwm o weithgarwch prysur” lle mae pob diwrnod yn wahanol a phob cyflawniad yn bwysig, o ddathliadau a rennir i gerrig milltir fel person ifanc yn clymu ei gareiau esgidiau yn falch am y tro cyntaf.

Gyda phum ystafell wely wedi'u cynllunio'n unigryw ac amgylchedd cynnes, cartrefol, mae Tŷ Laura yn helpu pobl ifanc i deimlo'n ddiogel, wedi setlo, a chael eu cefnogi i dyfu mewn hyder.

Ynglŷn â'r rôl

Mae'r rôl Gweithiwr Cymorth Preswyl hon yn fynediad perffaith i Ofal Cymdeithasol, heb fod angen unrhyw brofiad blaenorol, dim ond agwedd gadarnhaol ac awydd gwirioneddol i gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc.

Byddwch chi'n helpu i greu amgylchedd diogel a meithringar lle mae lles, twf ac annibyniaeth yn cael blaenoriaeth, gan gynnig gofal, arweiniad ac eiriolaeth wedi'u personoli.

Mae pob shifft yn dod â chyfleoedd i ddysgu, myfyrio a datblygu, gyda chefnogaeth tîm cryf, goruchwyliaeth reolaidd a chyfnod sefydlu trylwyr.

Anogir staff i ddod â'u diddordebau a'u talentau eu hunain i'r cartref, gan cyfoethogi'r profiadau a gynigiwn i bobl ifanc.

Mae aelodau tîm sydd â dawn greadigol yn aml yn arwain sesiynau celf a chrefft misol â thema, tra bod y rhai sydd â sgiliau cerddorol yn cefnogi pobl ifanc i archwilio offerynnau fel yr allweddell.

Sut y byddwch yn helpu i greu dyfodol mwy llewyrchus

Byddwch yn cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau pleserus o fewn y prosiect ac o fewn y gymuned. Byddwch yn cymryd cyfrifoldeb am ofal personol ac arferion dyddiol yr unigolion ifanc, gan ddarparu cymorth gyda hylendid personol, cyfathrebu, gweinyddu meddyginiaeth a sicrhau diogelu ein pobl ifanc drwy gofnodi ac adrodd yn gywir.

Gadewch i ni siarad amdanoch chi

Bydd pobl sy'n mwynhau rôl fywiog, ymarferol sy'n llawn gweithgareddau, cyfranogiad cymunedol a chefnogaeth ystyrlon yn ffynnu yn Nhŷ Laura. Os ydych chi'n angerddol am greu dyfodol mwy disglair, gallai hon fod y rôl berffaith i chi.

Yn ddelfrydol byddwch yn:
  • Deall sut i ymgysylltu â phobl ifanc.
  • Meddu ar ymagwedd gadarnhaol ac agwedd ‘gallu gwneud’.
  • Y gallu i weithio ar eich pen eich hun neu fel rhan o dîm.
  • Byddwch yn barod i gwblhau lefel 3 mewn Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol o fewn 2 flynedd o ddechrau cyflogaeth gyda ni, wedi'i ariannu'n llawn gennym ni.
