Responsibilities

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides a stable and supportive home for children and young people. You\'ll assist with their daily routines, educational needs, and social development, helping to build their confidence and skills for the future.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • A genuine desire to help and support young people.
  • Must be a driver over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a must.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £25,545 per year.
  • Sleep-ins: £65 per sleep-in shift.
  • Contract: 37.5 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota.
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a third (x1.33).
  • Training: Full training and professional development are provided.
