A children's residential care provider in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking caring individuals for the role of Residential Support Worker. You will support children’s activities, ensure their wellbeing, and assist with daily tasks. The position offers comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and shadow shifts, making it ideal for both experienced and new candidates. We Are Looking For Someone Who
Previous experience is not essential for this role. Our Skills to Care induction includes 2 separate weeks of classroom-based training and a week of shadow shifts to prepare for the new role.
What will I do as a Residential Support Worker?
