Service Care is recruiting two Residential Childcare Workers for a children's residential home in the DE4 area, Derbyshire. The role offers a £30,000 annual salary inclusive of sleep-in payments and a 37.5-hour week, permanent contract.

You will provide consistent care, build positive relationships and support children with daily routines and personal development in a safe home. A DBS check is essential and a full UK driving licence is preferred.

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic residential childcare provider who is looking to recruit two Residential Childcare Workers to join their team at a children's residential home in the DE4 area. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to make a genuine difference, helping children and young people feel safe, supported and valued.

Previous experience within residential childcare would be advantageous, but it isn't everything. Above all, we're looking for individuals with the right character, attitude and values.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• Reliability, commitment and a positive attitude.
• Previous residential childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
• A clear DBS is essential.
• Willingness and availability to undertake sleep-in duties is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred, although applicants living locally with reliable transport will also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 annual salary, inclusive of sleep-in payments.
