About the Service
Ty Wyth is a purpose-built long-term solo placement for one young person who requires support with their physical disability. The service provides support to the young person up to the age of 18 years old.
Our model will provide an environment where they will receive positive experiences of reliable, consistent parenting through providing specific and structured care, with very clear consistent boundaries.
You'll be working within a supportive 2:1 ratio, with your Registered Manager, Team Leader, and fellow Residential Support Workers there every step of the way to guide and assist you.
About the role
Qualified or currently working towards a level 3 in Health and Social Care, within this Residential Support Worker role, you'll lead a team of support workers on shift, ensuring high standards of care and personalised support for the children and young people we support.
This will include supporting in the absence of the Registered Manager or Team Leader, supervisions of staff, case managing, and assisting in the development of the service.
