Due to an increase in volumes and a change of direction, our client is expanding their team of residential staff surveyors with new patch opportunities available.

The role involves carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, as well as associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. The position requires the ability to work independently and remotely.

The company platform offers access to a wide range of property services, including surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, and online auctions, providing an end-to-end property solution.

This results in an increasing volume of in-house sourced survey work for the surveyor.

You should be an AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS member with VRS, experienced in residential property Level 2 surveys (training available for Level 3 surveys), with knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards, and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time role with a salary circa £48k - £58k, including a bonus scheme, car allowance, and other benefits.
