Position: Residential Solicitor/Conveyancer
Location: Bristol (choice of office)
I’m looking to speak with Residential Property Solicitors/Conveyancers looking to join a respected Legal 500 firm based in Bristol, supported by a Paralegal and a Legal Secretary, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality service rather than handling a high volume of cases.

The role involves managing a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages. Having strong relationships with local estate agents, you will be proactive in networking, marketing, and BD. The wider Residential Conveyancing department is one of the largest in Bristol, spanning four offices!
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with previous experience in residential conveyancing. Excellent client care is essential, and there is particular interest in candidates with enthusiasm for marketing and business development, including social media and networking.
