Job summary

HARRON HOMES LIMITED is seeking a Site Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across residential developments in the Yorkshire region. You will undertake setting out, survey plots, manage drainage and infrastructure, and ensure works align with approved drawings, Building Regulations and NHBC standards.

You will coordinate with Site, Technical and Design teams, resolve technical queries, maintain accurate site records and assist with handover and completion of developments,

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Engineer or similar in residential construction.
• Setting out and surveying across plots, roads and drainage.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications against NHBC standards.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and site quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Undertake setting out and surveying for plots, boundaries, and roads.
• Check levels, coordinates and tolerances.
• Oversee drainage, foundations and infrastructure.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
• Prepare as-built records and design overlays.
• Support site team with engineering issues and approvals.
