Are you a passionate and experienced leader in drugs and alcohol rehabilitation? WithYou Chy seeks a dedicated Residential Service Manager to oversee our trauma-informed, 18-bed residential facilities and lead a team of Counsellors and Support Workers. Previous experience in mental health and residential services is essential.

As Residential Service Manager, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, manage daily operations, liaise with community services for pre-rehab and aftercare, and ensure compliance with CQC standards while promoting client well-being.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the residential service ensuring high standards of care and support
• Lead, mentor, and develop Counsellors and Support Workers
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment supporting recovery and personal growth
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain service standards
• Collaborate with community and support services
• Develop policies, SOPs, and guidelines for the service
• Hold Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management
• Possess a qualification in Social Care
• Have a proven track record managing drug, alcohol, or mental health residential services
• Understand CQC, person-centered, outcome-focused practices, safeguarding, and risk management
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Build strong interpersonal relationships
• Be solutions-focused with good problem-solving skills
• Work effectively with diverse teams and foster collaboration
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT competent
