Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Residential Security Officer to provide a consistent and reassuring presence at a residential development in Harrow. Working Friday to Sunday, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and peace of mind of residents and visitors while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Job Title: Residential Security Officer

Location: Harrow, London

Hours: 36 hours per week Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 12-hour shifts

Salary: 12.95

Start Date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including communal and external areas
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor) – essential
• Previous experience in residential or static security – preferred
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Professional appearance and behaviour
• Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts
• Right to work in the UK

Shift Pattern:

Friday 18:00pm - 6:00am

Saturday 18:00pm - 6:00am

Sunday 18:00pm - 6:00am
