Job summary

Bespoke Britannia is recruiting for a Residential Security Officer in Henley-On-Thames to join a private household security team. This 2 week-on / week-off rotation role focuses on maintaining safety during night shifts, patrols, CCTV monitoring, and prompt incident response.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years in residential security, experience in a Residential Security Team (RST), an SIA Close Protection licence, and a clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar residential or private security role.
• Experience working within a Residential Security Team (RST) is essential.
• SIA Close Protection licence is a legal requirement for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively to challenging situations.
• A stable work history with the ability to provide a full reference history.
• Clean Driving License.

This role operates on a 2 week-on / week-off rotation and is ideal for experienced security professionals who have previously worked within private households or residential estates.

Working within a small and professional team, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of the property and its residents. The role requires someone who is reliable, discreet, proactive, and able to adapt to a variety of security and estate-related responsibilities.

As a Residential Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment during the night shift. Duties will include conducting patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding promptly and professionally to any incidents or concerns.

Key Responsibilities
