Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a proactive Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our Connells estate agency team in Southville. You will win new instructions, list properties and build strong client relationships both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Win new instructions and listing properties for market.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client care.
