Connells Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Residential Sales Manager / Lister to win new instructions and list properties, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will build relationships with clients face-to-face and over the phone, and drive appointments for Mortgage Advisors.

Qualifications

• Estate agency experience
• Confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities
