At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager – Estate Agent to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Harrogate.

OTE - £35,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression - Car Allowance

In this role you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients face-to-face or over the phone.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Residential Sales Manager

  1. Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator
  2. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  3. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  4. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  7. Full UK driving licence
