• Estate Agency experience as a Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, or Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to exceed targets in a business development role.
• Strong track record in customer service.
• Full UK driving license is mandatory.

Residential Sales Manager

At Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager – Estate Agent to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Rottingdean .

OTE- £50k - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

A quick look at the role

In this role you will be winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients and customers, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will also be maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Residential Sales Manager
