Job summary

Precision Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor for a bespoke residential refurbishment project in the Runcorn area. The role involves day-to-day management, coordinating trades and ensuring works progress safely and to the programme.

The ideal candidate has a strong joinery background, is comfortable taking on practical tasks when required, and holds SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work qualifications. This is a long-term freelance assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Working Supervisor or Site Manager in residential refurbishment.
• Strong joinery background with hands-on experience.
• Experience managing internal refurbishment, alteration works and multiple trades.
• Willingness to assist with joinery and general site works while maintaining overall responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and coordination of subcontractors and trades on site.
• Overseeing internal refurbishment, alteration and adaptation works, including kitchens, bathrooms and associated building works.
• Carrying out joinery and general site works when required to assist with the progress of the project.
• Managing site Health & Safety and ensuring works are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
• Monitoring progress against the construction programme and coordinating materials, deliveries and subcontractors.
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager regarding progress, site requirements and any issues arising.
• Overseeing quality control, snagging and finishing works throughout the project.
