Fee Earner - Residential Property Department
Location: Haywards Heath | Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: £50,000-£80,000 DOE

A top local firm is seeking three Residential Property Solicitors to join their busy Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated fee earners to manage a large caseload of residential property transactions including sales and purchases, while working closely with a supportive team and building strong relationships with local estate agents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of standard residential property matters
  • Handle client communications, negotiations, and case progress efficiently
  • Work closely with your own dedicated support staff (1 assigned per fee earner)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local estate agents
  • Hit the ground running in a busy, fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 2-3 PQE in residential property conveyancing
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Willingness to learn the firm's systems during probation
Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid working after probation: 3 days in office / 2 days at home
  • Standard office hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
