One of the leading firms providing legal services to South London, Surrey and the South East with offices in 3 locations, is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive, to expand their busy and well-established team. They are modern and professional, and the team comprises of bright, talented, and ambitious individuals.

About the Role

Managing your own busy mixed caseload of conveyancing files including:

Responsibilities

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
• Declarations of trust and other aspects of joint ownerships
• Acquisition of development sites and estate conveyancing
• Option agreements
• 1 to 1 support of your own dedicated Paralegal/Legal secretary

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years’ PQE Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with solid Residential Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload confidently

Required Skills

• Track record of providing a high-quality service to clients
• Able to manage own caseload
• Leasehold experience
