Residential Property Solicitor - Swansea

We are working with this leading South Wales based firm who are looking for experienced residential conveyancers to join their Swansea based office.

There is a real mix of residential property work of all values. Your caseload will consist of:

1. sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property,
2. complex land law issues,
3. first registrations,
4. transfer of equity,
5. newbuild property,
6. and much more!
