Our client, a well-established and respected full-service law firm, is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified to senior solicitor (0-4 years PQE) to develop their career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
Position Overview
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients across Scotland. You will manage a diverse caseload, advising on a range of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, new builds, and title transfers. Working collaboratively with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, and property professionals, you will ensure seamless and efficient transactions while building strong, lasting relationships.
