The Firm:

The team covers transactions across the UK, handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and more.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded team in Clifton, Bristol. The role will involve a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including managing client instructions, providing accurate advice, drafting documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as LEXCEL.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages

Taking client instructions and providing clear, accurate advice

Drafting documents and preparing accounts

Ensuring all files are compliant with industry standards and billed regularly

Marketing the firm and helping to generate new business leads

Communicating effectively with clients, both in person and through various channels

As the firm continues to expand, there will be opportunities to contribute to the growth of the team through business development activities and to progress within the firm to senior roles.

The Ideal Candidate:

Strong technical knowledge and experience within residential property law

Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

Ability to handle files independently and meet targets and quality standards
