About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE) or CILEX to join a growing, highly regarded property team based in Newton Abbott. In this role, you will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Mortgages and remortgages

Transfers of equity

Equity release

Help to buy schemes

Lease extensions

Residential lettings (for landlords, tenants, and new build/plot sales)

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, ensuring a high level of client care and attention to detail. As the team continues to expand, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional development, including involvement in business development initiatives and enhancing your presence in the market.

What You'll Need
The ideal candidate will have:

1-5 years PQE in residential property law or CILEX qualification
