Role details:

  • Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
  • Location: Flexible working arrangements considered, including remote working, based on candidate experience

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions
  • Conducting property searches and investigations
  • Advising clients on legal matters related to property transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards throughout the conveyancing process
  • Handling post-completion matters such as registering title with the Land Registry
