Streathers Daynes Smith seeks a Residential Property Solicitor to join our Crouch End team in North London. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years PQE and experience handling residential property transactions, advising investors, developers, landlords, and tenants.

You will manage your own caseload, contribute to business development, and help shape the Crouch End department while mentoring trainees and paralegals.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
• Must have 2-3 years PQE within a residential property department.
• Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.

Responsabilités

• Taking on matters within the residential property department including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new leases and refinancing.
• Providing strategic advice to clients including investors, developers, landlords and tenants.
• Managing own caseload and building client relationships with local agents/referrers.
• Supporting partners to develop the Crouch End property team and contributing to business development.
