Residential Property Solicitor

Dorset

Well-known residential property team is seeking an experienced residential property solicitor to join during an exciting period of growth. This role is based in the Shaftesbury office.

Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including re-mortgages and newbuild developments.

You should be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or conveyancer with at least 2 years' PQE. Candidates must have experience managing a busy residential property caseload, excellent client care skills, and a desire to engage in business development.
