Job summary

Davisons Law is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer with Auction experience to join our team in the heart of the city. You will manage your own caseload across all aspects of residential conveyancing, handling sales, purchases, deeds of variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity with minimal supervision.

You will bring at least 3 years PQE, a relevant qualification, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Auction conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Handle sales, purchases, deeds of variation, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions.
• Develop client relationships with new and existing clients, agents and lenders.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient progression of files.

What you’ll do

When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (Auction) you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

You will have a relevant qualification and experience of managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minium 3 years PQE.
• Experience of auction conveyancing, working in fast paced and deadline critical environment
• Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer Fee Earner
• Process cases on a timely and cost‑effective basis.
• Strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web‑based case management systems.
• Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
• Supporting/development assistants and paralegals
• Work on freehold and leasehold, properties.
• Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
