• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, agents, and colleagues.
• Proactive approach with a focus on client care.
• Familiarity with Money Laundering Regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Confidence using case management systems.

Leading Cardiff firm is looking for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their expanding practice. This is a full-time role with flexible remote working options and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Leasehold and newbuild transactions
• Work closely with a Senior Associate in a small, collaborative team, delivering high-quality service to private clients

Qualifications

• At least 2 years\' PQE running your own caseload of residential property matters
• Strong experience with leasehold, newbuilds, and complex transactions
