The Residential Property Team seeks to recruit a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE who is passionate about residential property to join our busy team in Clitheroe. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding client service, as this role involves regular contact with clients and agents. The successful candidate will provide clients and agents with updates, advice, and draft documentation. Good IT skills are essential for operating a Case Management System. We seek a candidate with keen attention to detail and confidence working autonomously in a challenging commercial environment.

The core purpose of the role is to undertake fee-earning work to contribute profitably to the department, support the team, and align with the firm's development goals.

The Role:

• Handle a busy caseload of property transactions, including purchases, sales, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
• Liaise with and support other service line teams
• Develop client relationships within the residential team and refer work internally
• Meet client expectations through timely responses and updates
• Assist with business development and marketing activities
• Support solicitors as needed
• Contribute to the team’s objectives and promote the firm’s values

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
