Residential Property Solicitor - 3-8 PQE

A highly respected and boutique Legal 200 firm (by revenue) is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to join their top-tier Legal 500 team, based in Reading. The team handles high-level matters, acting for a diverse client base, including HNW and UHNW clients across London, Reading, and the Thames Valley area.

This firm is known for its excellent work/life balance, offering 3 days working from home, a friendly environment, and strong career progression opportunities. Property law is a key growth area for 2025-2026, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor capable of managing their own caseload to advance their career within a well-established team of residential property professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including complex and HNW transactions
• Assisting senior legal professionals and Partners with larger matters
• Supervising junior solicitors and supporting their professional growth
• Contributing to team and firm development, including business development and marketing
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

• UK-qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Level 6 CILEX executive with 3-8 years PQE (other levels considered)
• Proven high-quality residential property law experience, preferably within a recognized firm
• Strong technical advising skills across relevant matters
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and billing requirements
