A close-nit London with a strong focus on London matters is looking for a junior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX Qualified Legal Executive to join their excellent conveyancing team, based in Bromley. The team works with good level London property matters and provides excellent support, especially for lawyers looking for quick growth and a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including complex and HNW transactions,
• Assisting senior legal professionals and Partners with larger matters,
• Developing contacts with a personal client base and building long-lasting relationships,

Desired Skills and Experience:

• UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Level 6 CILEX executive with 1-3 years PQE (other levels to will be considered),
• Demonstrated track record of high-quality residentially property law experience.
• Technically strong in advising clients in a variety of relevant matters,
• A team player with strong communication skills.
