Residential Property Solicitor

A new opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor to join this L500 rated West Midlands firm.

The firm are well known for dealing with high quality work and are seeking an individual with 2+ years' experience. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage an existing residential property caseload from instruction to post completion
• Deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and transfers of equity
• Raise the profile of the department in the business community

You will demonstrate strong technical expertise and be able to work without supervision. You must have excellent client care skills.
