The Role

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential property matters, focusing on:
Lease extensions
Deed of variation, surrender, registering charges, easement/wayleave, and restrictive covenants.
Leasehold property advice and general residential property queries.
Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.
Requirements
3+ years PQE in residential property matters
Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume caseload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Empathy and patience when dealing with questions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Knowledge/Experience working with local councils or housing associations
Knowledge/Experience working on commercial property matters
Interest in AI and how it can be used to improve the legal system
Prior experience working in a technology company or start up
