The role:

An opportunity for a highly competent Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their established practice based in Thame.

This role will give you the opportunity to join a department which deals with high quality of work thanks to the reputation of the property team.

You will be working on a range of property matters from initial instruction through to completion.

You will manage a diverse caseload including both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help to buy, lease extensions and residential lettings for landlords, tenants and new build and plot sales.

This firm will give you a fantastic base to build up your career in the residential property space.

Requirements :

• You will have 2+ years PQE in Residential Property
• Highly personable with a desire to get involved with the management of the team
