I am recruiting for a top West End law firm who are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding Legal 500 team. My client is a high end boutique law firm, representing HNW and UHNW clients on a variety of legal practices including property, private client, litigation, family, and commercial law.

Role:

The role will be in the firm's residential team which is ranked in the Legal 500, managing all matters involving prime London real estate worth up to £50million. The team work on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.

This is an excellent opportunity for Solicitors looking for a role that offers development and the ability to work alongside some of the best Solicitors in the profession.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Experience managing a caseload of residential files, especially Leasehold properties for HNW clients
• A degree from a top UK University, and at least a 2:1 grade.
• 30% bonus on all billings over 3x salary target
• Social activities paid for, including a weekend away in previous years.
