A residential property solicitor for a large, Legal 500 firm with 100+ professionals working from several locations across The North. This incredibly successful and ever-expanding firm owes their growth to their relentlessly brilliant work, their impressive team of knowledgeable, experienced, and committed professionals, and their innovative and ambitious management tirelessly taking the firm to new heights. They are now looking for a new residential property solicitor as part of a firm-wide expansion.

Main Duties

• You will join the firm’s residential property team based at their Sheffield office
• Undertake a varied caseload built around freehold, leasehold, lease extension, new build, shared ownership, right to buy, bridging finance, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters
• Create a healthy book of business from referrals and recommendations and build upon your business development skills
• Be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole

Requirements

• You will be a residential property solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE in residential property, however, a strong NQ solicitor would also be considered. There is no upper limit on this vacancy as the firm has a large and diverse clientele to suit all levels and experiences
• A successful history in residential property and a genuine love for this area of law
• Fantastic coordination, the drive to succeed and move up within the firm, and the ability to offer first-rate client care across all areas of real estate matters
• You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed
