Residential Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Warwick - £(DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor who is looking to thrive in a law firm who offer a friendly supportive environment and exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, dealing with a wide range of transactions.
  • Handle all types of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments and sales and purchases.
  • Possess excellent drafting and technical skills and participate in business development and networking activities.
  • Maintain a strong client-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
