Job description

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a top 70 national law firm to join their Residential Property team in Reading.

Role

You will join the Thames Valley office as a Solicitor and will advise on a wide range of non-contentious residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations, and the extension of leases.

You

This role would suit candidates with a minimum of 1 year's PQE in residential property law. You will either be a qualified CILEX lawyer, solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer.

It is important you have a solid grounding in residential property in the Reading area and the ability to work on a caseload with minimal supervision.
