Job summary

Henderson Scott is working with a well-regarded Reading law firm to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5+ years' PQE. You will manage your own caseload across freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and related matters, delivering a high standard of client service.

You'll be technically strong, capable of handling transfers of equity, new-build transactions, and shared ownership issues, and you will join a supportive, established team offering

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• 2-5+ years' PQE (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to run own caseload with high client service levels.
