Residential Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Northumberland, up to c£35,000 (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career with a forward-thinking firm that offers quality work, supportive colleagues, and real development opportunities. JOB REF: 0413.

THE ROLE:
• You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to take ownership of files from instruction to post-completion, working with a broad client base
• Managing a full residential property caseload, including residential sale and purchase transactions, including leasehold and new-build matters.
• Ensuring excellent standards of client care and service
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, agents, and referrers
• Contributing to business development and the profile of the department

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical ability and up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
• A client-focused and commercially minded approach
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail
