Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive – Newquay, Cornwall & Hybrid Working

Full or Part-Time options available.

This well-established boutique law firm in Newquay is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing property team.

The Role:

You will manage a broad range of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity release.
• Lease extensions, shared ownership and tenancy agreements.
• Providing expert legal guidance to buyers, sellers and investors.

You will work closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers and your clients, ensuring transactions run smoothly while delivering an excellent client experience.

What You Need:

• At least 6 months' experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• The ability to manage your own caseload independently.
• A client-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
