Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Newport (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive, DOE

An established and respected law firm in the Newport area is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its busy and well-regarded conveyancing team. This role is ideal for a solicitor who thrives in a high-performing environment and is looking to handle quality residential work with autonomy and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
• Including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, and transfers of equity
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
• Deliver an exceptional level of service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical skills and the confidence to manage files independently
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Clear, professional communication style and client-first attitude
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
