About the firm

This new role is in the London office of a Legal 500 regional law firm. The firm's residential team consists of 19 fee-earners including five Partners. My client is at a full service law firm with a growing London office near Covent Garden, working with HNW clients and companies in the London area.

About the role

My client is looking for a junior to mid-level qualified residential solicitor or Conveyancer to add to the team due to high demand for their residential property services. The successful candidate must have good experience dealing with a mixed caseload of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.

The successful candidate will receive full encouragement to develop their own reputation and build up their following of clients, as the Partners assist junior solicitors with business development plans.

Requirements:

1. 1PQE+ at an English law firm.
2. Ability to run a mixed caseload of a variety of residential property files.
3. Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
4. Have an ambitious and hard working attitude to work.
