Residential Property Solicitor – Our client, a large and highly accredited Legal 500 London law firm with a long-standing reputation, has asked us to assist them in finding a further Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
About the Role
You will be handling the full spectrum of property work, which will include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extension, and re-mortgages.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a commercially astute Solicitor who can play an integral role in the team and contribute meaningfully to the practice. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE and a solid background, acting for both homeowners and investors in London.
